DECLARATION

1. I am not suicidal, nor am I about to be after 15 years of resolutely determined struggle in this colossal corruption case, during which I've survived repeated counter-attacks contrived to destroy me professionally, strangle me financially, interdict my access to incriminating records, deprive me of my fundamental civil right to approach the courts for redress, and wreck my personal and professional reputation -- all to shut me down and silence and annihilate me as complainant and witness to the rank judicial corruption detailed and vouched at this website, starring Deputy Chief Justice Dunstan Mlambo at the centre of it.

2. In view of the notoriously common cultural practice in the New South Africa of murdering whistleblowers, investigators, detectives, auditors, lawyers, prosecutors, witnesses, and complainants in high-level corruption cases,* I’ve taken the precaution of setting a dead man’s switch with trusted third parties, so that my sudden demise before my judicial corruption complaints have been duly resolved will detonate their ventilation, locally and internationally, and not snuff them out.

*On 28 July 2025, attorney Sarah Burger described her experience of the lesser retaliatory possibilities when going after high-level corruption in the New South Africa: a criminal frame-up, an abusive arrest and detention, and a false prosecution -- eventually dropped after 17 months.
