In this special edition of #InMyCrosshairs I will be talking in person EXCLUSIVELY to Advocate Anthony Brink about high level judicial corruption in South Africa, and about the draft Report that he prepared on the matter for the then-Director General of the State Security Agency, Ms. Thembisile Majola, who was subsequently forced to resign. This is a follow-up #InMyCrosshairs X Space, after we analysed the Report in our last Space, and also had an interview with Gen. Bantu Holomisa, the President of the UDM, who referred the Report to the National Assembly's Joint Standing Committee on Intelligence for investigation. In that interview General Holomisa expressed the wish to have a cup of coffee with Adv. Brink. We thought to do better and to have the proverbial cup of coffee with Adv. Brink with all the participants on #InMyCrosshairs. Of course I will also arrange with General Holomisa to have his one-on-one cup of coffee and exclusive chat with Adv. Brink!
The Report focuses chiefly on the criminal, and other corruption, of #DunstanMlambo, Judge President of the Gauteng Division of the High Court, and on other top judges whom he has corrupted, who have covered up for him, and who have also retaliated against Adv. Brink as whistle blower about this judicial corruption. The Report further deals with high level financial and other corruption at Legal Aid South Africa, revealed by its own records, and the failure of the Auditor General to address it, to the massive ongoing detriment of public service delivery by LASA.
