This is how Karyn Maughan reported the above news -- characteristically dishonestly omitting any mention of the real trouble with this guy: his unpunished habitual criminal mendacity.

To Miss Maughan, all criticism of and complaints about her darling judge must just be 'false', which is why as a so-called legal journalist she's never bothered to investigate them, and repeatedly dismisses them as such in her newspaper reporting.

Unlike Miss Maughan, however, Chief Justice Maya doesn't consider 'false' the sexual nepotism allegations raised by no less than four members of the Judicial Service Commission at Mlambo JP's unsuccessful interview for the Chief Justice post. See also.

And again, unlike Miss Maughan, Nkabinde J (ret.) and Makgoka SCA, of the Constitutional Court and Supreme Court of Appeal respectively, don't consider 'false' Brink's complaints to the JCC about his untruthfully false reporting to the Justice Portfolio Committee of the National Assembly and to the Justice Minister, and his subornation of perjury by his attorney in the Labour Court to defeat an application for leave to subpoena him for cross-examination on the lies he told to those highest authorities to pervert their enquiries into recruitment corruption at, and the illegal suppression of duly requested documents by, the corrupt public entity he chaired at the material time.
